You may drop off your shipments at our office located at: B1 Floor No. 43, Jewelry Trade Center Building, 919/498 Silom Road, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. Our staff is available to assist you Monday – Friday 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 16:00.
Yes, we offer pickups for your high-value shipments. Please call our office to coordinate your scheduled pickup.
Customers receive bills twice monthly.
You can process your shipment using a UPS® or FedEx® shipping system. Or, come to our service center, and we’d be happy to assist you.
You can secure multi-modal, multi-carrier insured transportation for your high-value shipment by reporting your shipment details and values to UPS Capital (Thailand) Limited prior to the shipment’s departure.
UPS Capital (Thailand) Limited offers specialized Customs clearance services for jewelers. Get expertise on classifying and clearing jewelry shipments and we can even help you e-file documentation for export and import clearance and oversee package presentation and release from Thai Customs.
Documents include but may not be limited to the following:
An international waybill
A Commercial Invoice functions as a Bill of Sale between the seller and the buyer. The invoice shows country of origin, a full description of the product and its intended use, as well as its commercial value. One original and two copies are required for all international non-document shipments.
